The events team ensures the smooth running of all events held at Mystery Creek Events Centre. They are experienced professionals in their specific areas making your event planning a breeze.
Vanessa Richmond
Events Manager
Vanessa is responsible for overseeing the Events Team who are responsible for delivery of all our own events (National Agricultural Fieldays, Transport and Heavy Equipment Expo, Equidays and Waikato Boat, Fishing & Leisure Show) and events that we host for our clients.
Lucy Wesson
Executive Officer
Lucy provides support to the Events Manager and is heavily involved with creating and maintaining strong relationships with staff, exhibitors, strategic partners, sponsors and stakeholders. One of Lucy’s biggest jobs is securing and building sponsorship associations.
Janine Hurst
Executive Officer
As an Executive Officer, Janine supports the Events Manger with areas relating to venue hire at Mystery Creek Events Centre. She also plays a large role with the Events Manager in building relationships with preferred suppliers.
Paul Honiss
Project Executive
As the Projects Executive, Paul creates implements and executes strategies for sponsorship and sales for Mystery Creek Events Centre events. Within his essential role, Paul assists in the development of events and builds and maintains client relationships.
Sam Dick
Venue Hire Coordinator
Sam quotes, plans and delivers events as part of the Events Team. Sam has a huge knowledge in events of all shapes and sizes and incorporates her experience in all events at Mystery Creek Events Centre.

Ariana Tucker
Communications Advisor
Ariana plans and executes the communications elements and media for the New Zealand National Fieldays, Equidays, Waikato Boat, Fishing & Leisure Show, THE Expo and Mystery Creek Events Centre.
Jacqui Cooper
Exhibitor Liaison & Fieldays Activities Coordinator
Jacqui is the primary exhibitor contact for the Waikato Boat, Fishing & Leisure Show. She also manages several Fieldays activities.
Morgan Thomas
Fieldays Exhibitor Liaison
Morgan Thomas replaces her as the exhibitor contact for all Fieldays sites. He is responsible for ensuring that all Fieldays exhibitor experiences are professional, timely and accurate.
Equidays Event Executive
Renee is the responsible for the planning and execution of the newly developed national equine event, Equidays. Renee is responsible for all aspects of Equidays, ensuring the success of the event.

Terry Harpe
Ag Heritage Curator
Terry is curator for the Ag Heritage and National Dairy Museum on site. He deals with school and group visits to the Museum and Village, continually developing and improving the National Dairy Museum and Ag Heritage Museum collections.

Sam Linn
Communications Assistant
Samantha supports the Communications Advisor in media and communications aspects for Mystery Creek Events Centre and related events. She also manages the online and IT elements of communications within the organisation.
Adam Reinsfield
Events Coordinator
Adam manages sub events and competitions and is also our specialised Wedding Coordinator, providing special attention to our wedding clients.
